TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of form is at the sole discretion of the VSPOS, If application is rejected then full fees will be refunded
2. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Change of address should be informed immediately to the college.
4. Change of medium is possible by paying Rs. 1000 /-. Medium cannot be changed After 2 months of admission
5. Forms without prescribed fees will be rejected.
6. Since all the course is updated on regular basis, therefore syllabus of courses is subject to change without any prior notice.
7. For students who do not pay their installment fees on time are not entitled for study material and video recoedings until dues are cleared. They shall not be allowed to appear in the examination.
8. Disputes, if any, subject to competent forum and courts of New Delhi jurisdiction only.

1. I certified that the documents in particular submitted by me are true to be the best of my kn.owledge and my admission get cancelled if any of these found to be false at any stage
2. I am aware that VSPOS is inspired by the article 29 and 30 of the constitution of India which states that a minority educational institution by national commission for minority educational institution is statutory body of ministry of a HRD, government of India Under act of 2004 of parliament.

3. I am also aware that VSPOS is inspired by the centrally sponsored scheme of vocationalization of education the scheme has already been submitted under the last year rashtriya madhamik shiksha abhiyan scheme with effect from 1 April 2013 by government of India.
4. I am also aware that VSPOS is preparing me for my future with additional vocational and professional courses so that i can earn my livelihood .
6. I am aware that institute has full right to not provide the recording and study material if i am unable to pay the fees , not attending the online live classes, misbehaving with the teacher , administration or on wtsapp group .
5. I am aware that Vedic Shiksha Peeth of Occult Science is an independent, autonomous, self funded body run under quetzal foundation a Trust registered by government of India under at 1882 number 5954 in book number four volume number 2985 under article page number 134-148 government of NCT , Delhi.
7. I am also aware that VSPOS is ISO certified and registered with government of NCT New Delhi
10. I am also aware with regard to VSPOS in details in taking admission being fully satisfied and declare that in future I will not claim anything from the foundation VSPOS on any reason or not even through legal process.
11. I am also aware that all disputes if any shall come under the jurisdiction of Delhi court only.
12. I am aware and admitted that fee deposited will not be refundable and cannot be claim at any point of time.
9. I am aware that if i try to defame the institution or any of there teachers due to any xyz reasons on social media or on internet they have full right to take legal action against me .
8. I am also aware that only after i pay the full fees of course a am elegible to get the recordings and notes
13. After 3 to 4 reminders of fees instalments if student is unable to pay the fees college has right to stop the access of video recordings and study material.
14. It is confirmed that if you are the student of VSPOS then you spontaneously accepted and abide to these terms and conditions of college , if you do not follow these terms and conditions then college is elegible to take legal action against you .
15.Disputes, if any, subject to competent forum and courts of New Delhi jurisdiction only.
